Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment Time
Once submitted, most orders are processed either the same or the next business day. Orders may take longer than usual to process if they contain products that are out of stock, back ordered, or custom. Generally, you should expect products that are in stock to be shipped from our facility by the next business day, and back-ordered items will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Delays may also occur if you place an order for substantial quantities of the same product. If we are unable to process your order within the estimated time frame, then we will inform you about our delay.

Shipping Carriers
Currently we ship packages with UPS Ground or Access America Transport for freight orders. We automatically choose which shipping carrier to use based on the quantity and size of the order, and the cost of delivery from each carrier. We occasionally will ship orders with the US Postal Service, but generally only for orders to Alaska and Hawaii, orders where only a PO Box was provided, and in a few other rare situations. Occasionally your order will contain more than one package being tendered to different carriers.

Order Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier used and your geographical distance from our warehouse. We cannot guarantee how long it takes for each package to be delivered once we tender it to the carrier. See the maps below for UPS transit times. Because your order may be split into multiple packages, you may receive portions of your order on different days. All freight orders will have pre-arranged delivery pick-ups and drop-offs based on LTL's delivery schedule, truck availability, and customer preference.

Tracking Information
Every time we process a package from your order, we will inform you through email whenever possible of the shipping carrier chosen to deliver that package, and the tracking number assigned to it by the carrier. If your order is shipped in more than one package, then you will receive an email with this information for each package.

Damaged Shipments
While it is rare, some products do occasionally become damaged in transit. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please Contact the shipping carrier right away. You will generally file a claim with the shipping carrier, and, from time to time, they want to pick up the package for inspection. So please hold onto any damaged products and boxes for at least two weeks before discarding, in case inspection is required. All damage must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

Order Discrepancies
If you received something from us other than what you ordered, please Contact Us right away. If we find that we made an error in packaging your order, we will do our best to rectify the situation in a timely fashion. All discrepancies must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

Special Accommodations
If for whatever reason your order requires special accommodations that are otherwise not normally offered through our order fulfillment procedures, please Contact Us. We will try our best meet your needs whenever reasonably possible.
