What Can and Can Not Be Returned
Most all of our products can't be returned because of their custom nature, although there are exceptions.
For returns to be accepted, they must be received or postmarked within 30 days of delivery of your order. All sales become final after 30 days have passed.
We only accept returns for customers that received the wrong product.
We do not accept returns on products that were delivered to you damaged. Instead, we replace the damaged products. See our Shipping Policy for more information about damaged shipments.
All products leave our facility in perfect condition. If a product was damaged in shipping, please Contact Us right away. We will generally file a claim with the shipping carrier, and from time to time, they want to pick up the package for inspection. So please hold onto any damaged products and boxes for at least two weeks before discarding, in case inspection is required. All damage must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
Some returned products need to be shipped to a different address than others. To ensure that you send your product(s) to the correct address and to ensure that it is eligible for a return, it is best that you make contact with us before shipping any packages.
The shipping address used for a return will vary depending on what type of product you are returning, and sometimes which carrier you are using. Be sure to make contact with us before shipping any packages so that we can provide you with the correct address. Also, be sure to write your order number in an obvious location on the package so that we can correctly identify what order the package belongs to.
Return Shipping Reimbursement
We are not responsible to pay or reimburse for return shipping costs, unless the reason for the return is due to an error that we made in processing your order. If we accidently sent you the wrong product, we will pay for the cost to return the product back to us. We will generally do this by mailing you a pre-paid shipping label that you can affix to your package. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 business days for us to process it. We will notify you of the outcome of your return once processing is complete.
Once we approve your return, we will issue a refund. If for whatever reason we are unable to credit your original payment method, we will mail you a check.
